"You/you" or “Your/your” or “Yourself/yourself” shall mean reference to the Prospect or Customer or his/her representative and any other user accessing the Site.


You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) with respect to www.rentalfurniture.in (the "Website"). These Terms of Use constitute the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Website, the content, products or services provided by or through the Website. This Terms of Use may be amended from time to time by us without specific notice to you. The latest Terms of Use will be posted on the Website, and you should review this Terms of Use prior to using the Website at each instance.

Your use of the Website and services are governed by the following Terms of Use as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a subscriber on the Website by providing information on the Website using the computer systems. There is no registration process and RentalFurniture.in allows the User to surf the Website or subscribe without registering on the Website. The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean the Firm.

When you use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.


Through this Website, any User, at his/her option, can subscribe to a pre-defined solutions package consisting of single / multiple product/s offered in various range (“Experience”) by submitting the Subscription Program Document and by signing a Subscription Form in the format provided by the Firm for a chosen Experience by consenting to pay as per the designed Subscription fee structure. The Firm, in case of monthly subscription fees structure, may send a reminder to the User for the payment of monthly subscription fee before the expiry of 5th day of every month. The terms and conditions of the subscription are enumerated in a separate Subscription Agreement which needs to be individually executed by each Subscriber/customer. In case of rental / subscription fees structure opted by the user, the Transaction herein shall not be considered as sale and for all purposes, the products/Experience offered/provided herein under the Subscription Program Document and shall remain as the property of the Firm.

Furnally does not make any representation or warranty as to specifics of the images displayed on the Website and the images have no bearing on the quality of the products displayed. The price indications on the Website may vary due to some technical issue, typographical error or difference in product information and the Firm shall not be responsible for the changed prices during the transaction. The terms and conditions of delivery, payment, etc. shall be governed by the Subscription Agreement signed by the User/subscriber

Should any user of this Website send any feedback or data, such as ideas, comments, suggestions or questions regarding any Firm product or service or the content of this Website, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential, and Firm shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation. Further, Firm shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information regarding Website uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.


You represent and warrant that if you are making any payments to us that: a. any credit, debit, net banking, cheque or any other mode of transfer information supplied by you is true and complete b. charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card/debit card/bank, etc., and c. you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

You are agreeing to be in compliance with our PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY also. While availing the payment method/s available on the Website or App, Furnally shall not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or Decline of transaction for any other reasons. All payments made against the purchases/services from Furnally by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. We will not facilitate a payment with respect to any other form of currency. By making a payment, you have specifically authorized Furnally and/or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by Furnally is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through any of the multiple modes of payment made available to You, collection and remittance facility for the transactions on Furnally Website or App using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing this Payment Facility, Furnally or its service providers are neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the payment. Except for the Security Deposit transactions, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received.

• All Refunds For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
• Refund shall be subject to Customer complying with our PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY.

You may have the right to initiate a chargeback request in accordance with the terms and conditions of Your debit or credit card scheme or your bank account. Please note that Your chargeback request will be processed by Your debit/ credit card provider or your bank and not by Us. Therefore, We bear no liability for the processing of the chargeback requests. We reserve the right to review Your Account and subscription and payment history pursuant to a chargeback request, in order to determine the occurrence of fraud. If We have any reason to believe that there has been fraudulent activity on Your Account, We reserve the right to terminate, block or suspend You or Your subscription with immediate effect. For your convenience, you can choose to save your Credit or Debit or ATM or Point of Sale (POS) or any electronic payment card for easy payments in the future, making your payments effortless. We use certified 128-bit encryption technology and PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified environments to ensure the security of your card, net banking information at all times for processing your payment and/or saving for future use. We will use this information to help you make future payments easy, but only with your permission. For your convenience, you can choose to pay Furnally automatically. By doing so, you irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct your Bank or Financial Institution to handle such transaction and you irrevocably agree that Furnally may give such instructions on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted on the Site. You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of use of each applicable Bank or Financial Institution, and in the event or conflict between our Terms and the Bank’s or Financial Institution’s terms and conditions then Furnally’s Terms and conditions shall prevail. You acknowledge that Furnally will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from processing or storing card information or not processing a payment transaction or any delay in processing a payment transaction which is beyond control of Furnally or its service providers. You agree that we will not be liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of your credit card or any other method of payment by a third party in connection with the Site. You waive your right to dispute any payment made into Your Account and you will bear all costs.


• A security deposit amount, based on the tenure of the subscription, is taken during booking of subscription. The amount is refundable if the customer cancels the order prior to delivery of the product/package.
• In case of early termination of the entire package or partial package / product/s, the difference in monthly rental rates between 'Contract tenure' (the tenure selected at the time of order placement) and 'Actual tenure' (effective tenure at early closure) for the selected items will have to be paid.

The applicable tenure rates for early closure are:
• Up to 3 months: Full 3 months rental amount due.
• Between 3-6 months: 3 months rental rate shall be charged.
• Between 6-12 months: 6 months rental rate shall be charged.
• Between 12-24 months: 12 months rental rate shall be charged.
• Between 24-36 months: 24 months rental rate shall be charged.
• Between 36-60 months: 36 months rental rate shall be charged.
Also, 2,500 shall be charged separately as transport expense in case of early termination of the subscription or adjusted to the refund amount.
• The customer's billing cycle starts on the date the first item is delivered to his/her house. The subscription cycle is then that date plus one month. Every subsequent item/package delivered is invoiced pro-rate in accordance with the subscription cycle.

For e.g.: A customer places an order for 2 products on 1st April. In case the order is partially delivered with one product on 5th April and the remaining items are delivered on 7th April. In this case, the customers subscription cycle is frozen from 5th of every month to 4th of next month. The items delivered on 5th are invoiced for 30 days (entire subscription cycle) and the items delivered on 7th are invoiced for 28 days for the first month (pro-rata according to subscription cycle). Any subsequent add-on, swap, etc. will be invoiced in accordance with the subscription cycle.
• Rentals must be paid on the day or within 5 days of receipt of the invoice. Delayed payment of monthly rentals beyond due date shall attract a penal interest of Rs 10 per day till the time the monthly rental is paid.
• Non-payment of monthly rentals for one month could result in termination of subscription and removal of the furniture and forfeiture of security deposit.
• The Firm will levy a charge of Rs. 500/- or amount charged by the bank to Furnally for dishonour of ECS/Standing Instructions by You, whichever is higher.

By Signing the NACH mandate form the customer,
• Declares that the particulars provided in this mandate are correct and complete and hereby agrees to participate in the NACH/ECS/Direct Debit/Standing Instructions (SI) and make payments through the NACH platform according to the terms and conditions thereof.
• Agrees and acknowledges that Furnally Solutions LLP will not be held responsible for any delay and/or failure in debiting customer’s bank account for reasons not attributable to the negligence and/or misconduct on the part of Furnally.
• Agrees to abide by the terms and conditions that may be intimated by Furnally Solutions LLP / Bank with respect to the NACH/ECS/Direct Debit/SI from time to time.
• Agrees to register for ECS / NACH (Debit Clearing) / Direct Debit / SI facility and that the payment towards rental dues to Furnally Solutions LLP shall be made from bank account stated in the mandate form.
• Authorizes the representatives of Furnally Solutions LLP, agents of Furnally Solutions LLP carrying this mandate form to get it verified and executed.
• Authorizes the Bank to debit the Customer’s bank account for any charges towards mandate verification, registration, transactions, returns, etc., as applicable for Your/Our participation in NACH/ECS/Direct Debit/SI.
• Customers are required to ensure adequate funds are maintained in their bank account on the date of Auto Debit transaction.
• Furnally Solutions LLP will endeavour to debit the Subscriber/Purchaser/Customer bank account on the first day of the month, however if there is any delay all such transactions are debited subsequently
• Furnally Solutions LLP or its authorized banker or agent will initiate the Auto Debit from registrations / debit transactions.
• Furnally Solutions LLP / Sponsor Bank / NPCI are not liable for the bank charges, if any, debited from Subscriber/Purchaser/Customer’s bank account by the destination bank, on account of payment through NACH.
• Customers are requested to hand over a cancelled cheque for the account to which the auto debit is being set up to the delivery personnel from Furnally Solutions LLP.
• All rights and remedies as applicable in case of Dishonor of a Cheque are available to Furnally Solutions LLP against dishonour of electronic funds transfer instructions / NACH auto debit mandates under insufficiency of funds as are available under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Refund Policies
• Refund requests must include the name of the subscriber.
• Refunds will be credited back to the account of customer through any of the Banking channels.
• If the customer has paid deposit and has accepted furniture delivery, the deposit is non–refundable if the furniture is returned in less than 3 (three) months from the date of complete delivery of the respective package.
• Furnally, under any circumstances, will not refund to You any charges levied by Your bank to You for default / Inward Cheque Return on account of ECS/SI being dishonored.
• Refunds are issued under the following circumstances: o Customer or Furnally terminating subscription after initial subscription period, o Customer returning part of the package, or o Customer swapping part or whole of package of range for a lower rental range
• Within 5 working days from the date of issue of Pick Up instructions, the Firm shall process for refund of Security Deposit, subject to deduction of damages, unpaid monthly rentals and any other deductions as applicable. Refund would be done through a NEFT transfer. Refunds would be tracked by Furnally’s in-house Customer Care and updates shared accordingly with customer.
• In case of partial return of package, pro-rata rent for the items retained is charged.
• In case of early termination of the entire package or partial package / product/s, the balance amount will be refunded only after the difference in monthly rental rates between 'Contract tenure' (the tenure selected at the time of order placement) and 'Actual tenure' (effective tenure at early closure) for the selected items has been paid.

All prospective customers of Furnally must comply with the documentation and verification policy. Customer are required to upload the following documents during placing the order for their desired products. Customers renting for personal use for their rented / own residential accommodations.

• Furnally’s address verification executive may visit your premises before delivery for a seamless delivery experience.
• Failure to upload the documents will lead to auto rejection. Furnally will not entertain orders from customers staying in PGs, Hostels and Hotels as the same is considered as a temporary requirement.
• Furnally reserves the right to cancel any order as per internal policies subject to documentation / Field verification.

Premature Cancellation of Subscription and charges

During Initial Subscription Period - The Initial Subscription period is 3 (three) months. The Customer can also terminate his/her subscription during this period. In such an event, Furnally would fully retain the initial deposit. Pro-rata rent for the month and any other charges as applicable would be charged.
After Initial Subscription Period – Post the Initial Subscription period, Customer can avail of all subscription benefits during this period. Customer can terminate subscription with 14 days’ notice. In case, this requisite notice is not given, Furnally would deduct pro-rata rent for the period in which notice was given and refund the remaining amount after complying to the below clause:

In case of early termination of the entire package or partial package / product/s, the difference in monthly rental rates between 'Contract tenure' (the tenure selected at the time of order placement) and 'Actual tenure' (effective tenure at early closure) for the selected items will have to be paid. The applicable tenure rates for early closure are:
• Upto 3 months: Full 3 months rental due
• 3-6 months: 3 months rental rate
• 6-9 months: 6 months rental rate
• 9-12 months: 9 months rental rate
• 12-36 months: 12 months rental rate
• 36-60 months: 36 months rental rate

Also, Rs. 5,000 shall be deducted as transport expense in case of early termination of the subscription.

Delivery Policy

• Currently we deliver free of charge in Pune and its suburbs. However, delivery charges may be charged in certain cases at the discretion of Firm.
• Delivery of products would be attempted to be done in 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment in full as per the agreement.
• Customer would be intimated of delivery status and timings a day in advance by the Customer Experience team.
• Furniture is delivered and set up by our in-house Furnally team led by the Furnally Customer Relationship Manager. There are no delivery charges and set up costs. No hidden charges for you to worry about.
• In case of partial, damaged or incorrect delivery, the replacement is done in 48 hours
• We adhere strictly to our delivery time lines confirmed earlier by our in-house Customer Care team. In rare instances when delivery is delayed, we inform our customers two hours in advance for any delay.
• There are no maximum number of delivery attempts. Customer is contacted repeatedly and attempts are made till delivery is completed. It is in the best interests of the customer to avail of delivery in the first two attempts, as delivery to other customers would have to take precedence if the first two delivery attempts are missed by the customer.
• A ticket number is allocated to the customer to enable tracking of order. This ticket is resolved only after the delivery is completed and customer confirms of the same.
• Our CRM remains in contact with customers during the delivery day. In case, the customer is absent during delivery hours, update of the next attempt at delivery is shared on the same day itself. We attempt to complete delivery in 24 hours.
• During delivery, the customer or his/her spouse/ parents or any relations can accept delivery after checking quality of furniture.
• The subscriber of furniture would have to sign off the Agreement Document (detailing the subscription Terms and Conditions, benefits of subscription and other relevant information) and the Check List of items received.

Quality Checks during Delivery

• During time of delivery, the customer is requested to check and verify the quality and details of each piece of furniture being set up. This is to ensure that the customer receives exactly what has been ordered to his/her satisfaction.
• There is a quality checklist that customer can go through and sign off conveying that he/she is happy with the product quality.
Post Delivery
• During setup or post-delivery, if the customer, for any reasons, is not completely satisfied with the product, the particular piece can be returned and replacement done free of charge.
• However, we urge the customer to share such feedback within 7 days so that a delivery slot can be booked immediately. Otherwise, delivery to other customers would be given precedence. If feedback is given later than seven days, pro-rata rent would be charged.

Pick-up Policy

• Customer shall give at least 14 days prior notice to the Firm regarding their intention to pick up furniture. Further, Firm shall inform the customer of the balance payment, refund details and the pick-up date & time at least 24-72 hours before the actual pick up.
• The pickup is done free of charges from the point of original invoice address.
• The Firm can terminate the Subscription after giving 10 days written notice/email to the Subscriber upon the Subscriber o defaulting on the payment of Monthly rentals for one (1) month and has not paid till the expiry of the 10 days’ notice period. o using the Product/s for commercial purpose and not for personal purpose.

Referral Policy

The following terms and conditions in respect of Furnally Solutions LLP (“Furnally”)’s Referral Program are in addition to the service-user terms and conditions. To participate in Furnally’s Referral Program, you must agree to these terms, which become part of the service-user terms and conditions.
• By availing the furniture rental services offered by us, the Referrer and Referral Recipient consent to the Terms and Conditions provided herein; Referrer being the person whose Referral Code has been used and Referral Recipient being the person who uses Furnally’s furniture rental services / purchased products from a valid Referral Code. Customers/Customer include, whether individually or collectively, both the Referrer and the Referral Recipient.
• For each friend (referral recipient) who rents / buys furniture using a customer’s referral code from www.rentalfurniture.in, both the referrer and the referral recipient get one month’s rent off up to Rs. 1000 on their respective monthly subscription.
• Furnally’s referral bonus can be used to invite someone else i.e. friends and family. Furnally reserves the right to revoke referral benefits availed by individuals who share a common address or phone number or any of the Govt. issued identity number with the referrer.
• The referral offer/program is valid only for individuals who use the furniture for their residential use and not for corporates / limited companies / partnerships/ HUF/Co-operative Societies etc.
• Referral code will be considered only if it is applied online through the website of Furnally ( www.rentalfurniture.in). Both the Referrer and Referral Recipient have to submit their KYC (Know your Customer) to Furnally the documents as prescribed by Furnally.
• Referrer can share his/her referral code on any social platform such as Facebook, Twitter etc. from Furnally’s Referral Page. Additionally, Referrer could also email the referral code to friends and family from said page.
• The monthly subscription that is waived to both the Referrer and Referral recipient is restricted to Rs. 1000 only. The said amount is subject to change at Furnally’s discretion and can be modified without any notice to either the referral recipient or the referrer.
• The referral bonus will be adjusted against monthly invoices. If a customer has already paid 6 months or 12 months rental upfront, customer will have the option to retain the furniture for an additional month for every referral, at the end of the subscription. Customers shall not be entitled for any cashback or moneys in any case in lieu of extension of tenure.
• Referral codes cannot be applied post the delivery of products by Furnally to the Referral Recipient.
• The referral bonus opportunity will be kept open so long as the subscription is in continuance.
• The Referral Program on a Referral Code can be availed only in the state or city prescribed by Furnally. Creating multiple customer accounts using multiple address, emails or signing in from multiple devices in order to unduly gain Referral Discount shall be considered to be in contravention of these terms & conditions.
• The Referral Discount shall not be clubbed with any other program of Furnally and the referral discount is non-transferable.
• Furnally reserves the right to discontinue, add, alter, withdraw, modify, any of the terms of Referral Discount Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever to the Customers. In case of any dispute, Furnally’s decision shall be binding on all Customers.
• Any taxes, cess, liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the Customer.
• Participation in Furnally’s referral program is voluntary and any purchase or transaction on www.rentalfurniture.in or on Furnally’s mobile application shall be in accordance with the Terms and conditions as mentioned herein.
• We reserve the right to indefinitely suspend referral codes in case it has been published on any couponing or discount sites.
• Furnally reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or revoke / remove Referral Discount and withhold features or benefits obtained through Furnally Referral Program if Furnally believes or determines that the use of a Referral Code or Referral Discount was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the terms and conditions of Furnally Referral Program.
• If any provision in these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the same shall not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to Furnally’s Referral Program (“Dispute”), including claims seeking redress or asserting rights under the applicable law shall be amicably settled through mutual consultation and escalation at such office/s of Furnally as Furnally may designate. If the Dispute is not settled amicably as aforesaid within a period of 30 (Thirty) calendar days, the matter would be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be presided over by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by Furnally and the Customer. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The venue for the arbitration proceedings shall be Pune.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Furnally and the Customer agree and undertake that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be adjudicated exclusively before a competent court in Pune, India only.
