Free Delivery

  • Standard delivery is completely free of charge
  • Our logistics team will contact you to coordinate a suitable delivery date
  • You’ll receive a 1-day advance notice before delivery
  • Any delays are flagged at least 2 hours in advance
  • We make unlimited delivery attempts until successful

Free Installation

  • Professional assembly and installation is done on the same day as delivery
  • Our team sets everything up — no effort required from you
  • Installation is completely free for all products
  • You have the right to inspect and reject any product on the spot at delivery

Damage Cover

  • Routine wear-and-tear from normal usage is not considered damage and is not charged
  • A product is considered damaged if it requires repairs due to misuse or accidents
  • Our inspection team assesses damage fairly and transparently
  • Repair costs, if any, are deducted from the security deposit

Refundable Security Deposit

  • A security deposit is charged on Monthly Rental Plans (approx. 15% of product market value)
  • No security deposit on Bullet Plans (lump sum payment)
  • Fully refundable at the end of your tenure if no repairs are required
  • Refund processed within 5 working days of successful pickup via NEFT/RTGS
